Zoom! These classes are more than a cook along. Most anyone can follow a recipe, but our classes focus on teaching a new skillset and provide awesome hacks for cooking family meals and entertaining guests at home.

These classes are run my Erinn and are live and interactive. Classes are fun, celebratory, and focus on technique. Recipes are diligently tested, and careful consideration is made so that participants are not overwhelmed with large shopping lists and tedious prep time. Sponsors often send gift cards in advance so that guests can purchase items they do not have on hand. We can also assist with party favors for guests that will be used in the preparation (such as a bottle of Italian truffle oil).

We often start by making a cocktail and then we dive into our class. The class is usually around 90 minutes.
